Sandwich construction with air core made of original Nomex honeycomb. Top and bottom composite plate with precisely defined carbon fiber content to achieve desired dynamic parameters. Base and bottom plate integrated in one PrePreg system. Bonded with Hybtonite nanotechnology adhesive with carbon nanotubes. Peltonen NanoBase with Montana CrystalGlide structure. Ultra-light carbon tip and tail.
