REX 420 Glider Pack Green/Blue, -1...-20°C

Product detailed description

REX 420 Glider Pack Green/Blue, -1…-20°C

REX 420 Glider Pack Green/Blue is a practical set of two REX glide waxes designed for cross-country ski preparation across a wide range of winter temperatures. The combination of blue and green glide waxes covers conditions from approximately -1 down to -20°C, allowing you to select the appropriate wax according to the current temperature and snow conditions.

The blue glide wax is designed for milder to moderately cold winter conditions, while the green glide wax extends the usable range into colder weather and lower temperatures. Together they provide a versatile waxing solution for most below-freezing winter conditions.

The waxes are suitable for both skate and classic cross-country skis. On skate skis, glide wax is applied to the entire base, while on classic skis it is used on the glide zones outside the kick zone or skin insert. The set is a practical choice for skiers looking to cover a large part of the winter season without purchasing each temperature-specific wax separately.

When correctly applied, scraped and thoroughly brushed, the wax helps provide a clean ski base with a well-exposed structure. Regular waxing also helps maintain the ski base in good condition and keeps it ready for efficient glide.

How to use

Select the appropriate blue or green wax according to the current temperature and snow conditions. Clean and brush the ski base before waxing. Apply and process the wax according to the recommended glide waxing procedure. Once cooled, remove excess wax with a plastic scraper and thoroughly brush the base until the structure is clean and open.
