Red Creek 153 Combi is a combination rotary brush with a 200 mm working width, designed for servicing alpine skis and snowboards. It combines two working sections – horsehair and white nylon – allowing both wax brushing and fine finishing of the base without changing brushes.

The horsehair section is designed for thorough brushing of glide wax from the base structure after excess wax has been removed with a scraper. It helps remove remaining wax from the structure and prepares the base for the final finishing stage.

The white nylon section is designed for fine cleaning and final polishing. It helps remove fine wax residues and leaves the base clean, smooth and evenly finished.

The 200 mm working width is particularly suitable for the wide bases of alpine skis and snowboards. It allows a large base area to be treated quickly and efficiently, while the combination of two materials reduces the need to change tools between individual preparation stages.

How to use the brush

1. After ironing and cooling the glide wax, remove excess wax with a scraper.
2. Use the horsehair section to thoroughly brush wax out of the alpine ski or snowboard base structure.
3. Follow with the white nylon section for fine cleaning and final polishing.
4. Move the rotary brush smoothly along the base without applying excessive pressure.
