Usage

The main reflector is turned on and off by pressing the right button for 0.5 seconds. Once the headlamp is on, you can cycle through the basic lighting modes (30 lumens -> 70 lumens -> 130 lumens) by briefly pressing the button. After turning off, the headlamp remembers the last set lighting level. The Burst mode (450 lumens) is activated by holding the right button for 1.2 seconds (even if the headlamp is off). Pressing the right button again returns the headlamp to the previous mode. Supplementary LEDs are turned on and off by holding the left button for 0.5 seconds, always starting in low mode. Short presses cycle through the modes 40 lumens -> 4 lumens -> SOS. The main reflector and supplementary LEDs cannot be activated simultaneously.

Battery charge status indication - A short press of the left button (headlamp must be off) activates the LED battery charge indicator on the bottom of the headlamp. Four lit LEDs mean the battery is charged over 80%, three lit 60-80%, two 40-60%, one 20-40%, and one flashing indicates the battery is charged less than 20%.

Low battery warning - If the battery power drops below 20% during operation, the charge status indicator will start flashing.

Overheat protection - Operation in Burst mode is limited to 1 minute continuously, after which the headlamp returns to the previous lighting mode.

Charging

  • Flip open the rubber cover of the micro USB connector on the bottom of the headlamp and connect it to a computer, USB power adapter, or car USB adapter using the included USB cable. Any mobile phone charger with a micro USB connector can also be used for charging.
  • During charging, the four indicator LEDs on the bottom light up sequentially, and once fully charged, all remain lit.
  • The charging time for a fully discharged battery is approximately 3 hours.
  • The used battery does not suffer from a memory effect, so the headlamp can be recharged at any time.
  • Ensure the USB connector cover is sealed tightly after each charging.
  • During charging, the headlamp can be turned on, but only the main reflector in the 30 lumens mode.
