How to choose the size of SPINE footwear

Select the shoe size by first measuring the length of your foot (from heel to the longest toe). Add a 5 mm allowance to the measured value - the measured size corresponds to the so-called MondoPoint value. Another option is to measure the length of the insoles of shoes that fit you well.
