REX 141 Universal Wax, Tar, -1°C to -25°C, 45g

A universal wax for those who expect simplicity in waxing. Thanks to the correct dosage of natural tar in the formula, the wax can be used across a wide temperature range.

Even though the wax is labeled "Universal," it is a proven racing wax, especially in mild frosts (-1° to -8°C).

Instructions for Applying Rex Solid Grip Waxes

Preparation of the ski base, application of the base wax, and application of the grip wax for specific snow and temperature conditions

• apply masking tape to both ends of the kick zone of the ski
• roughen the base in the kick zone with sandpaper (grit 100)
• wipe off excess dirt and dust with paper
• apply an even layer of base wax, heat it with a heat gun or iron, and smooth it out with synthetic cork
• apply a thin, even layer of wax for the given temperature and snow conditions and smooth it out with synthetic cork
• repeat the previous step 2-4 times depending on the hardness and height of the ski's kick chamber
• remove the masking tape
