POCKEI Safety Rings for Asphalt Spikes
Safety rings for asphalt spikes that prevent unwanted injuries, such as the full penetration of the end of a ski pole into the athlete's body.
The safety ring solution complies with FIS rules effective from 1st July 2022
The rings are compatible with all asphalt spike diameters from RED CREEK, POCKEI, NEX, KV+. They can be easily slipped onto existing spikes.
Cross-Country ski poles must be used with Cross-Country skiing tips must be used. Alternatively, pole tips must have safety rigid plastic protections with a diameter >=30 mm. These protections must be placed a maximum of 45 mm above the metallic tips. The rule will be implemented from 01st July 2022
