LILLSPORT Ratio Gold, Insulated Racing Ski Gloves

These are slightly insulated racing gloves. The back of the hand features a 3-layer windproof fabric that is highly breathable. The gloves are insulated with a polyester lining that effectively wicks away excess moisture, keeping your hands dry. The palm area is made from exclusive Ethiopian hair sheep leather. The gloves are pre-shaped to fit perfectly on the hand, providing maximum comfort. Naturally, they come with a neoprene cuff around the wrist, reinforced thumb and index finger for abrasion resistance, and terry cloth on the thumb for wiping sweat.

Material characteristics:

• Ethiopian hair sheep leather - soft and pleasant to the touch, molds well to the palm, allows for a good grip

Like all leather, this one needs to be treated occasionally with an impregnating (greasy) cream to nourish the leather and extend its properties and lifespan.

Material characteristics:

Isowind® - consists of 3 laminated material layers: outer layer, wind and water-resistant membrane, lining. The Porelle membrane is elastic, breathable, and has excellent heat dissipation properties. All three layers form an optimal cohesive textile used as the outer part of the gloves. We use two types of Isowind® - black and smooth white, suitable for printing.

How to choose the right size of ski gloves?

To determine the necessary size of ski gloves, first measure the circumference of your hand over the slightly protruding knuckles using a tailor's tape measure. Measure the dominant hand - if you're right-handed, measure the right hand; if you're left-handed, measure the left hand.

The measured circumference in centimeters corresponds to the glove size as per the table. 

EU glove sizes are given in old German inches. One German inch = 2.7cm. Thus, size 9 corresponds to a palm circumference of 24.3cm.

For children's glove sizes, the ratio between palm size and finger length is different than for adults. Therefore, the conversion between German inches and palm circumference in cm, i.e., / 2.7cm, does not apply as it does for adult glove sizes.
