The TWIN SKIN PERFORMANCE set is ideal for sporty recreational use, providing firm grip and smooth glide without waxing, along with excellent stability.
Two separate strips, embedded and integrated at varying depths into the base, ensure firm grip and smooth glide. Mohair strips provide uncompromising grip, especially on hard or icy tracks. Thanks to the unique Teflon top layer, moisture absorption and subsequent icing of the strips are maximally reduced.
The skis include an integrated IFP plate for easy binding installation without drilling into the skis. The set comes with CONTROL STEP-IN IFP bindings (compatible with boots with Turnamic and NNN soles).
The core's main component, AIR CHANNEL BASALITE, consists of extremely lightweight wood plates interwoven with milled air channels. It is also characterized by the inclusion of lightweight basalt fibers, which fine-tune the skis' torsional properties. The advantage of basalt fibers is their relative stability in properties at different temperatures.
The model features a combined SINTEC/TWIN SKIN base, with the universal SINTEC as the foundation and two slightly asymmetrically embedded mohair (mohair mix) climbing strips in the middle.
