The new 3D Speedmax with a new lower and shorter tip construction for minimal swing weight and highest maneuverability. When choosing the new Speedmax 3D Skate Plus, the waxable sidewall is immediately noticeable. The sidewall is designed to reduce friction and support an unprecedented level of glide. The Cold Base Bonding base allows for better wax absorption and grinding, while the RACE CODE mark confirms that you have world championship equipment. Optimized for use at -10°C and warmer.
The skis include a built-in IFP plate for easy binding mounting without drilling into the skis - compatible with Turnamic bindings (Fischer, Rossignol). Not compatible with NNN NIS (Rottefella) and SNS (Salomon) bindings.
Cold Base Bonding: The molecular structure of the base is affected by high temperature and pressure in conventional manufacturing technology, which partially deforms it. FISCHER has therefore developed a new process called COLD BASE BONDING, cold bonding of the base. This prevents deformation of material qualities and fully utilizes all its advantages. SPEEDMAX skis thus have unbeatable glide and speed, excellently absorb waxes, and the base is also easier to grind. Last but not least, thanks to a completely new layer between the base and the core, which absorbs thermal differences, SPEEDMAX skis exhibit the same riding properties under all temperature conditions.
