The CLASSIC 902 construction type is perfect for compact to soft snow surfaces and klister use, thanks to the lightened tips and tails of the skis. The model features a WC PLUS base and a top DTG World Cup Plus/Coarse finish with deeper and coarser micro-grooves, ideal for temperatures around 0°C and higher.

 

The skis come with an integrated IFP plate for easy binding installation without drilling into the skis - compatible with Turnamic bindings (Fischer, Rossignol). Not compatible with NNN NIS (Rottefella) and SNS (Salomon) bindings.

Recommended binding: Worldcup Classic IFP.

 

GLIDING SIDEWALL: new / waxable sidewalls, using the same material as the base. This minimizes friction as much as possible.

Cold Base Bonding: The molecular structure of the base is typically affected by high temperature and pressure during manufacturing, partially deforming it. FISCHER has developed a new process called COLD BASE BONDING, cold bonding of the base. This prevents deformation of the material's quality and fully utilizes all its advantages. SPEEDMAX skis thus have unparalleled glide and speed, excellently absorb waxes, and the base is easier to grind. Last but not least, thanks to a completely new layer between the base and the core that absorbs thermal differences, SPEEDMAX skis exhibit the same riding characteristics under all temperature conditions.
