FISCHER Speedmax 3D Classic Plus 902 Soft IFP, 207cm, skis for 68-82 kg
Race skis Fischer Speedmax - the skis of Olympic champions and world champions. The skis feature a lightweight AIR CORE HM CARBON core adapted for COLD BASE BONDING manufacturing technology. The core is composed of many high-tech materials, including a basic bidirectional structure and additional carbon (Fischer Carbon Fibre) and composite layers.
The CLASSIC 9Q2/902 construction type is perfect for compact to soft snow surfaces and the use of klisters, thanks to the lightened tips and tails of the skis. The model comes with a WC PLUS base and a top DTG World Cup Plus/Coarse finish with deeper and coarser micro-grooves, ideal for temperatures around 0°C and higher.
The skis include an integrated IFP plate for easy binding installation without drilling into the skis - compatible with Turnamic bindings (Fischer, Rossignol). Not compatible with NNN NIS (Rottefella) and SNS (Salomon) bindings.
Recommended binding: Worldcup Classic IFP.
GLIDING SIDEWALL: new feature / waxable sidewalls made of the same material as the base. This minimizes friction.
Cold Base Bonding: The molecular structure of the base is typically affected by high temperature and pressure during manufacturing, which partially deforms it. FISCHER has developed a new process called COLD BASE BONDING, cold bonding of the base. This prevents deformation of material qualities and fully utilizes all its advantages. SPEEDMAX skis thus have unbeatable glide and speed, absorb waxes excellently, and the base is easier to grind. Moreover, thanks to a completely new layer between the base and the core that absorbs thermal differences, SPEEDMAX skis exhibit the same riding properties under all temperature conditions.
