SWIX TS05B Top Speed Glide Wax, 40g, -10/-18°C
The TSB series are racing glide waxes that perform exceptionally well on dirty snow and in conditions where dry friction occurs.
Temperature range from -10°C to -18°C
TS05B is the hardest wax in the TSB series and is an excellent choice for cold conditions for both cross-country and alpine skiing. It is often used on hard icy tracks. Professional servicemen love it for its amazing durability and glide properties on dirty snow. These are achieved through a black additive that acts as a solid lubricant and reduces friction even at very low temperatures.
Although it is a wax designed for cold conditions, the lower melting point allows for easier application without sacrificing top-notch glide properties and durability.
TS5B can be used on its own as a racing wax or as a base under powders and accelerators.
Recommended ironing temperature: 150°C
