SILVA Scout 3X, 300lm Headlamp

The Scout 3X is a lightweight and compact outdoor headlamp with a 300-lumen output.

Hybrid technology - can be powered by 3xAAA batteries or a rechargeable Li-Ion Hybrid battery 4.6Wh – 38007, available for purchase. To check the battery status, simply turn off the headlamp briefly, and a green LED will light up for 3 seconds = battery in good condition, orange LED = about 50% capacity, or red LED = battery nearing depletion.

Thanks to the wide elastic headband with a silicone part, the headlamp fits excellently on the head. Large button operable even with gloves.

What makes Silva headlamps unique is the Intelligent Light technology – thanks to two LEDs and lens optics, it achieves an even light distribution both to the sides and into the distance.

* Technical parameters of Silva headlamps are measured according to the ANSI FL1 standard. The battery runtime is given as the time until the light output drops to 10% of the initial value measured 30 seconds after turning on, not the time of complete depletion. Battery runtime is affected by ambient temperature and type of activity, e.g., during running or cycling, the reflector is better cooled, while negative temperatures reduce battery capacity. Beam distance is given as the distance at which the light intensity drops to 0.25 lux. This is approximately the light intensity created by the full moon on a clear night.
