The new Rough Light 700 is a robust high-performance headlamp from the SILVA Professional range. You can rely on its 700 lm output, 105m beam distance, IP68 durability - long-term immersion up to 1m, all at a total weight of 131g. Rescuers, craftsmen, installers... will appreciate these features of the Rough Light 700.

What makes this headlamp unique is the smart magnetic system Mag - Snap, which allows you to easily and quickly detach the lamp from the elastic headband and snap it into the included helmet mount or place it on a metal surface.

Two white LEDs with Intelligent Light technology provide an even spread of light both in distance and to the sides in four light intensity levels: 700, 300, 100, and 15 lm. For undisturbed night lighting, the headlamp is equipped with a red and orange orientation LED.

The rechargeable USB-C Li-Ion battery with a capacity of 7.5Wh charges in 2 hours and is permanently integrated, achieving maximum IP68 durability. After 500 charge/discharge cycles, the battery capacity decreases by about 30%. Four side LEDs indicate the charge level and the lock status of the button to prevent accidental activation of the headlamp.

For better handling and increased mechanical resistance, the edges of the headlamp are equipped with rubber reinforcement. The comfortable wide headband with an inner silicone part ensures good stability on the head. Usable in a temperature range from -30°C to +50°C.

Technical parameters of Silva headlamps are measured according to the ANSI FL1 standard. The battery life is given as the time until the light output drops to 10% of the initial value measured 30 seconds after switching on, it is not the time of complete discharge, after which the headlamp switches to reserve mode. Battery life is affected by ambient temperature and type of activity, e.g., during running or cycling, the reflector is better cooled, while minus temperatures reduce battery capacity. The beam distance is given as the distance at which the light intensity drops to 0.25 lux. This is approximately the light intensity created by the full moon on a clear night.
