SILVA Discover Yellow, 500lm, Headlamp

The Silva Discover is a compact and sophisticated headlamp with a 500lm output.

Usage – outdoor activities.

Three intensities of white light, red and orange orientation LEDs. Silva Intelligent Light – even light distribution.

Thanks to Hybrid technology, it can use 3xAAA or Hybrid USB-C rechargeable battery 4.6Wh - 38007, available for purchase.

Water resistance IP65 - splash-proof from all directions. Four side LEDs indicate battery level and button lock status to prevent accidental activation, e.g., in a backpack.

COB-LED (Chip On Board) panel for even light distribution at close range.

For better handling and increased mechanical durability, the headlamp has rubber-coated edges. The headlamp can be attached to a helmet using a clip - 38489, available for purchase.

* Technical parameters of Silva headlamps are measured according to ANSI FL1 standard. Battery runtime is given as the time until the light output drops to 10% of the initial value measured 30 seconds after turning on, not the time of complete discharge, after which the headlamp switches to reserve mode. Battery runtime is affected by ambient temperature and type of activity, e.g., during running or cycling, the reflector is better cooled, while minus temperatures reduce battery capacity. Beam distance is given as the distance at which the light intensity drops to 0.25 lux. This is approximately the light intensity created by the full moon on a clear sky.
