SILVA Discover Hybrid, 500lm, Headlamp

The Silva Discover Hybrid is a compact and sophisticated headlamp with a 500lm output, featuring a rechargeable Hybrid 4.6Wh battery, USB-C cable, and a helmet clip.

Usage – outdoor activities.

Three intensities of white light, with red and orange orientation LEDs.

Silva Intelligent Light – even light distribution.

Thanks to Hybrid technology, it can use a Hybrid USB-C rechargeable battery 4.6Wh or 3xAAA batteries.

IP65 water resistance - protection against splashing water from all directions.

Four side LEDs indicate battery level and button lock status to prevent accidental activation, e.g., in a backpack.

COB-LED (Chip On Board) panel for even light distribution at close range.

For better handling and increased mechanical durability, the headlamp edges are covered with rubber parts. The headlamp can be attached to a helmet using the included clip.

* Technical parameters of Silva headlamps are measured according to the ANSI FL1 standard. The battery life is stated as the time until the light output drops to 10% of the initial value measured 30 seconds after switching on, it is not the time of complete discharge, after which the headlamp switches to reserve mode. Battery life is affected by ambient temperature and type of activity, e.g., during running or cycling, the reflector is better cooled, while minus temperatures reduce battery capacity. The beam distance is stated as the distance at which the light intensity drops to 0.25 lux. This is approximately the light intensity created by the full moon on a clear night.
