SILVA Cross Trail 7XT, 600lm Headlamp

The Cross Trail 7XT is a powerful multisport headlamp with long battery life and a wealth of accessories, allowing the lamp to be mounted on a helmet or bike handlebars. The elastic strap with a non-slip surface secures the battery to the frame.

The headlamp features the unique Silva Flow Light system, which adjusts the shape of the light beam to your activity by tilting the lamp. The mode is activated by a short press of the button when turning on - a small blue LED lights up on the top of the lamp. It can be deactivated by a longer press of about 2 seconds when turning on the headlamp - the blue LED does not light up.

The Intelligent Light technology, combining a wide light beam with a long reach, evenly illuminates the space in front of you. The beam reaches an impressive length of 140 meters with a power of 600 lumens.

The comfortable elastic headband with a silicone center holds perfectly on the head.

Included is a powerful USB-C Li-Ion rechargeable battery with a capacity of 25.9Wh, weighing 129g, and a charge status indicator. Batteries of 14.8Wh, 51.8Wh, and 77.7Wh can be purchased separately. Using the extension cable, the power source can be stored in a backpack, waist bag, or running vest, which is appreciated during longer activities when the headband with the lamp, weighing only 78g, will not restrict you. In sub-zero temperatures, you can extend the battery life by placing it in warmth under your jacket using the cable. The light output is regulated by a built-in temperature sensor according to the surface temperature of the lamp. When the battery capacity drops to 10% of the initial value, the headlamp switches to reserve mode, indicated by blinking for 1 second, with at least 30 minutes of operation remaining at the lowest power.

Possibility to turn on/off with gloves thanks to the large button.

* Technical parameters of Silva headlamps are measured according to the ANSI FL1 standard. Battery life is indicated as the time until the light output drops to 10% of the initial value measured 30 seconds after turning on, not the time of complete discharge, after which the headlamp switches to reserve mode. Battery life is influenced by ambient temperature and type of activity, e.g., during running or cycling, the lamp is better cooled, while sub-zero temperatures reduce battery capacity. Beam distance is given as the distance at which the light intensity drops to 0.25 lux. This is approximately the light intensity created by the full moon on a clear sky.
