N-line Fluor-Free Grip Waxes

The combination of grip and glide has reached the next level thanks to Rex Dual Compound technology: The innovative formula of Rex N-line grip waxes consists of pressure and temperature-sensitive raw materials in an optimal ratio to achieve perfect balance for the current demands of World Cup races. Utilizing Rex N-Kinetic technology increases glide and dirt repellency. N-line grip waxes can be used to cover other waxes or alone. The functionality of N-line waxes has already been proven by victories in the World Cup!

The new fluor-free Rex N-line wax series replaces our previous fluorine-containing Rex Pro Grip wax series.

Application of Grip Waxes

Prepare the base with a base wax and finally apply the wax for the given snow conditions and temperature.
 

• Apply masking tape to both ends of the grip chamber
• Roughen the ski base in the grip chamber area with 120 grit sandpaper
• Wipe off excess dirt (dust created after roughening)
• Apply solid grip base wax Rex Base Wax on the base. (Alternatively, you can use Rex Liquid Base Klister, which is a faster method.)
• Heat the wax using a hot air gun or wax iron
• Lightly spread the wax with synthetic cork
• Apply a thin layer of chosen Rex wax for the given snow conditions and temperature
• Spread the wax with synthetic cork
• Usually, 2 to 4 layers of wax are applied to the base. The final number of layers varies depending on the ski's stiffness, skier's weight, and personal preferences
• Use cork after each wax layer application
• Remove masking tapes
