REX 30 ProGrip Red Fluor Wax, +1°C to -1°C, 45g

The best of the grip waxes for skis around 0°C. The legendary REX "from +1 to -1"! This is a unique wax for demanding conditions around 0°C. It can also be used as an alternative to klisters with excellent anti-freezing properties. It works excellently in combination with REX's universal klister.

The REX PRO GRIP wax series is a set of four fluorinated waxes designed for better/smoother glide.

Application of Grip/Glide Waxes

Prepare the base with a base wax and finally apply the wax for the specific snow conditions and temperature.

• Apply masking tape to both ends of the grip zone.
• Roughen the ski base in the grip zone with sandpaper grit 120.
• Wipe off excess dirt (dust created by roughening).
• Apply a solid grip base wax Rex Base Wax to the base. (Alternatively, you can use Rex Liquid Base Klister, which is a quicker method.)
• Heat the wax with a hot air gun or a waxing iron.
• Lightly spread the wax with synthetic cork.
• Apply a thin layer of the chosen Rex wax for the specific snow conditions and temperature.
• Spread the wax with synthetic cork.
• Usually, 2 to 4 layers of wax are applied to the base. The final number of layers, however, depends on the ski's stiffness, skier's weight, and personal preferences.
• Use cork after each layer of wax application.
• Remove the masking tapes.
