REX 101 N41 Pink "Old Snow" -2 to -15°C, kick wax for cross-country skis, 45g

Kick wax for cross-country skis designed for old, transformed, and artificial snow. Known as hard - klister. The softness and stickiness of the wax provide good adhesion, and the added N-kinetic compounds elevate the wax to World Cup level.

An excellent non-fluorinated alternative to the popular Racing Service Line Rex TK-1814 wax.

N-line Fluor-Free Kick Waxes

The combination of grip and glide has reached a new level thanks to Rex Dual Compound technology: The innovative formula of Rex N-line kick waxes consists of pressure and temperature-sensitive raw materials in an optimal ratio to achieve perfect balance for current World Cup race demands. The use of Rex N-Kinetic technology enhances glide and dirt repellency. N-line kick waxes can be used to cover other waxes or on their own. The functionality of N-line waxes has already been proven by victories in the World Cup!

The new fluor-free Rex N-line wax series replaces our previous fluor-containing Rex Pro Grip wax series.

Application of Kick / Grip Waxes

Prepare the ski base with a base wax and finally apply the wax for the given snow conditions and temperature.

• Apply masking tape to both ends of the kick zone.
• Roughen the ski base in the kick zone area with 120 grit sandpaper.
• Wipe off excess dirt (dust created by roughening).
• Apply a solid kick base wax to the ski base Rex Base Wax. (Alternatively, you can use Rex Liquid Base Klister, which is a faster method.)
• Heat the wax using a heat gun or wax iron.
• Lightly spread the wax with synthetic cork.
• Apply a thin layer of the chosen Rex wax for the given snow conditions and temperature.
• Spread the wax with synthetic cork.
• Usually, 2 to 4 layers of wax are applied to the ski base. The final number of layers, however, varies depending on the ski stiffness, skier's weight, and personal preferences.
• Use cork after each wax layer application.
• Remove the masking tapes.
