The Polar Verity Sense is a versatile optical heart rate sensor designed for athletes who want to monitor their heart rate accurately without using a chest strap. Thanks to its optical measurement technology with six LED lights, it delivers precise heart rate data during running, cycling, cross-country skiing, fitness training and swimming.

Accurate optical heart rate measurement

The sensor uses advanced Polar optical technology with six LED lights that track blood flow in the vessels to measure heart rate accurately during exercise. The sensor can be comfortably worn on the arm or attached to swimming goggles.

The sensor supports Bluetooth Low Energy and ANT+ and allows two simultaneous Bluetooth connections.

Polar Verity Sense includes internal memory capable of storing up to 600 hours of training. The data can later be synchronized with the Polar Flow app to analyze heart rate, training zones, calories burned and training benefit.

Swimming mode

The sensor can be attached to the strap of swimming goggles and placed at the temple, allowing you to record heart rate during swimming sessions while tracking pace and distance.

Long battery life

The battery provides up to 30 hours of training on a single charge. Charging is done using the included Polar Verity Sense USB adapter.

Comfortable textile arm strap

The sensor can be worn on a soft textile arm strap that is comfortable even during long training sessions. The strap is removable and machine washable.

Firmware updates

The sensor supports OTA firmware updates via the Polar Flow application, allowing the device to improve over time.
