Polar Verity Sense is an optical heart rate sensor that provides maximum freedom of movement and multiple options for displaying and recording your workouts. With Bluetooth® and ANT+ technology and internal memory, you can connect the Polar Verity Sense sensor to sports watches or an app to track your workout in real-time or record it to internal memory for later review.

One size: elastic strap length (23-32 cm)

Simply wear the sensor on your arm and start your workout. You'll have all your data whenever you need it.

You can use the Polar Verity Sense sensor independently or with a phone, sports watches, gym equipment, or exercise bike in your gym. With dual Bluetooth connections and ANT+ transmission, it can be used in many ways.

When you're in the pool, the Polar Verity Sense sensor tracks heart rate, pace, and distance swum in swim mode. Thanks to the innovative swim goggle strap clip designed to fit most available swim goggles, it comfortably sits on your temple.

The Polar Verity Sense optical heart rate sensor with six LEDs provides maximum freedom of movement during sports. It also offers multiple options for displaying and recording your workouts. You can use it independently or with a phone, sports watches, gym equipment, or exercise bike in the gym. Simply wear the Polar Verity Sense on the upper or lower part of your arm and start your workout. The soft textile strap won't restrict your movement and is machine washable.

Memory for 600 hours of training and up to 20 hours of battery life

Thanks to Bluetooth and ANT+ technologies, the Polar Verity Sense sensor can be connected to sports watches or a mobile app to track your workouts in real-time. The integrated memory allows for storing records for later analysis, so you don't need to have a watch or phone with you during training. The battery lasts up to 20 hours, with a transmission range of up to 150 meters and a capacity of 16 MB, which is up to 600 hours of training. A USB adapter for charging the sensor is included.

Polar Verity Sense is ideal for any sport

You can take the Polar Verity Sense with you to the pool, as it is waterproof up to 50 meters. This is mainly possible due to the innovative swim goggle strap clip designed to fit the vast majority of swim goggles – the sensor will sit comfortably on your temple. In swim mode, the Polar Verity Sense sensor monitors heart rate, pace, and distance swum.

Easily and quickly analyze your workouts

The Polar Flow mobile app is a perfect training platform that gives measured data real shape. With extensive tools, you can easily analyze your workouts, use an automatic training diary, receive progress reports, and much more. Polar Flow is compatible with apps like Strava or TrainingPeaks.
