POLAR OH1 Optical Heart Rate Sensor
The Polar OH1 is an optical heart rate sensor that can be worn on the forearm or upper arm. It can be used as a standalone training computer that records and stores data, or as a heart rate sensor with Polar watches. When used as a heart rate sensor, the OH1 sends measured heart rate data to Polar watches.
The OH1 is compatible with Polar watches with Bluetooth technology and the Polar Beat app. It can also be used with the Polar Club, Polar GoFit, and Polar Team apps. Additionally, it is compatible with iOS and Android devices that support the standard heart rate profile transmitted via Bluetooth.
