Sandwich construction with air core made from original Nomex honeycomb. Top and bottom composite layer with precisely defined carbon fiber content to achieve desired dynamic parameters. Base and bottom layer are integrated in one PrePreg system. Bonded with nanotechnology adhesive Hybtonite with carbon nanotubes. Peltonen NanoBase with Montana CrystalGlide structure. Ultra-light carbon tip and tail.
