Product detailed description
FENIX HP15 Ultimate Edition - LED Headlamp
The Fenix HP15 Ultimate Edition LED headlamp offers an unparalleled output of up to 900 lumens (ANSI) and a beam distance of 178 meters. It is powered by four AA batteries, housed in a rear-mounted battery pack. This exceptional performance is achieved using the latest Cree XM-L2 LED. This makes it the most powerful LED headlamp on the market that uses AA batteries!
The headlamp offers a total of 6 power modes, including an SOS signal for emergency situations. In the lowest mode with 10 lumens, it provides an excellent runtime of up to 170 hours (7 days). The headlamp is powered by a digitally regulated constant current to ensure consistent light output even as battery voltage drops (during gradual discharge). The HP15 Ultimate is suitable for a range of outdoor activities, such as cross-country skiing, ski mountaineering, night running, cycling, fishing, caving, and more.
All headlamp parameters (light output, battery runtime, water resistance, beam distance, and impact resistance) are measured in accordance with the ANSI/NEMA FL 1-2009 standard.

Using the Fenix HP15 Ultimate Edition Headlamp
Assemble the headlamp according to the pictures in the included English manual. Turn on the headlamp by pressing the button; once the headlamp is on, the basic lighting modes (10 - 50 - 150 - 400 lumens) are switched by pressing the button again. Turn off by holding the button for half a second; the SOS mode is activated by holding the button for 3 seconds. After turning off, the headlamp remembers the last set brightness level (except SOS and the short-term 900 lumens mode). If the light head is in the basic non-tilted position, the buttons are protected by a plastic protrusion against accidental activation (for example, during transport in luggage).
The short-term BURST mode of 900 lumens is activated by holding the orange button for 1.2 seconds, after 30 seconds the headlamp switches back to the previous power mode.
Low battery warning - the headlamp gradually automatically reduces the number of available power modes. When the batteries are completely drained, only the lowest mode will be available.
