Usage
Holding the right (main) button for 0.5 seconds will always turn the headlamp on in the 70 lumens mode. Pressing this button again during operation allows switching between modes 30 - 70 - 130 - 300 lumens. The Burst mode (600 lumens) is activated by holding the right button for 1.2 seconds (even if the headlamp is off). Pressing the right button again will return the headlamp to the previous mode.
Holding the left (smaller) button for 0.5 seconds will always turn the headlamp on in the 4 lumens mode (suitable for reading, for example). Pressing this button again allows switching between 4 lumens and SOS modes.
The beam width is adjusted by rotating the ring around the optics. Rotating clockwise narrows the beam, while counterclockwise widens it.
Battery charge status indication - pressing the left button briefly (the headlamp must be off) activates the LED battery charge indicator on the top of the headlamp. Four lit LEDs indicate the battery is charged above 80%, three lit 60-80%, two 40-60%, one 20-40%, and one flashing indicates the battery is charged below 20%.
Overheat protection - operation in Burst mode is limited to 1 minute continuously, after which the headlamp returns to the previous lighting mode.
The control buttons can be locked to prevent accidental activation, for example, during transport in luggage - hold both buttons pressed for 3 seconds. The flashlight will blink. To unlock, hold both buttons again for 3 seconds.
Charging
- Flip open the rubber cover of the micro USB connector on the back of the headlamp and connect it to a computer, a wall USB adapter, or a car USB adapter using the included USB cable. Any mobile phone charger with a micro USB connector can also be used for charging.
- During charging, the four indicator LEDs on the top light up sequentially, and when fully charged, all remain lit.
- Charging a fully depleted battery takes approximately 4 hours.
- The battery used does not suffer from memory effect, so the headlamp can be recharged at any time.
- Ensure the USB connector cover is tightly sealed after each charge.
- The headlamp can be turned on during charging, but only in the 4 lumens mode.
