How to Replace Baskets / Tips on Ski Poles
Prepare the following for replacement:
- Glue for handles and baskets
- Heat gun or hairdryer or another source of dry heat
Work Procedure:
- Carefully heat the tip/basket on the pole, then remove it from the pole's tube
- Carefully apply glue to the end of the pole tube and heat the end so the glue becomes liquid
- Attach the basket or tip.
- Don't forget to adjust the direction by rotating
- Let the pole cool down
