EXEL NORDIC WALKER Green Adj/Evo, Folding Poles
Two-piece folding, telescopic poles for nordic walking or nordic running with a shaft made of 20% carbon. The poles allow for adjustment from 100 cm to 135 cm. When folded, they measure 80 cm. The poles are equipped with a cork handle EVO and a glove strap Evolution. At the other end of the pole, you will find a Walker tip spike with a removable Asphalt pad.
The lower part of the shaft features markings indicating the set length of the pole, with marks every 5 cm from 110 cm to 135 cm. The chosen length of the poles is fixed with a screw mechanism. To fix or release the chosen length, turn the lower part of the shaft clockwise to tighten and counterclockwise to loosen.

- You can quickly adjust the pole length by holding the pole by the handle so that your arm forms a 90° angle or slightly larger. Pole length = Person's height (cm) x 0.68
- Folding poles are especially useful if you travel frequently and need to store them in luggage or when sharing/borrowing them among family members or friends.
