The ARC RP105 Mini Poly-Gun is a compact repair tool designed for ski base repair and snowboard base repair using 12 mm polyethylene repair rods. This hot-melt repair gun is ideal for professional ski workshops as well as home ski service setups.
Damage to ski bases can occur after contact with rocks, ice or debris on the slope. Using a Poly-Gun repair tool allows technicians to fill scratches, gouges and damaged areas of the base with melted polyethylene repair material.
Once heated, the repair material melts and can be precisely applied into the damaged base area. After cooling, the repair forms a durable bond that can be scraped smooth and prepared for further ski service operations such as base grinding, structuring and ski waxing.
